I can still ask questions and Kathryn watches carefully to make sure I am doing the moves correctly. Kathryn has been working extra hard yo ensure that the sessions are still interesting and varied even without the equipment we usually have access to. Studio: £16 per class per week booked as a block.

Weekly Timetable

Classes are held most mornings at 8am, 9:15am and 10:30am with only 1 early evening class on Mondays.

Small 3:1 classes with individual attention. Marked difference in my strength and really helped with previous consistent back problems. Work on what is needed at the time and you adjust to suit those needs.

Terms of Booking:

  • Every client must attend a 1-1 intro session before they start any type of class for studio classes these are 1 hour

  • Payment for sessions must be made in advance in order to confirm your booking.

  • Intro or 1-1 sessions are refundable up to 48 hours in advance of your booking. After that time you will be able to move your session to any time that suits you in the future but you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • All studio classes must be booked as a block going with the school term dates.

  • If you decide not to continue with classes after you start your booked block of studio sessions you will not be able to receive a refund of classes not taken. Please discuss this with Kathryn if required.

  • If you book a block of 1-1 sessions and you do not use these within 6 months you will not be eligible for a refund of any unused sessions.
